Shipping Information
Shipping is free for all orders. For rush delivery there will be additional charge of ₹75/- per order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.
We do our best to restock popular items, but availability may vary. If you see something you love that is out of stock, please contact us to be added to the waitlist.
Returns & Exchanges
At IlRaso, we do not offer returns unless the product is defective or incorrect. To qualify for a return, you must provide an unboxing video as proof and notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges for wrong sizes or personal preferences. Exchanges are only applicable if the product delivered is defective or not as ordered, with proof required as per our return guidelines.
To initiate a return, ensure you record an unboxing video as evidence and contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery. Include all relevant details and the video proof to process your request efficiently.
